    I've been with Scottish Power since May 2008 and started with a monthly direct debit of £80.50. Since it increased to £97 in February 2009 and then to £164.50 in March 2009 I decided to change supplier (quel suprise!!)

    Scottish Power is the worst company i have EVER had dealings with!!!
    i ended up with a bill for £780 when i saked to see why i had such a BIG bill they said the direct debits was not covering the account??

    Scottish Power are expensive Pre-payment department has no contact with the monthly bill department.. I actually had to to set up a conference call to get them talking. I DO NOT TRUST THEM

    very difficult to get a response from Scottish Power on the phone - I waited 15 minutes last time and still no one had answered.     I received a final bill from Scottish Power for my electricity. The only problem is i'm on a pre payment meter. I used the key they supplied to top up the meter, yet they say the payments are lost in the system and i must pay the bill.
