Went at halloween, was amazing, entertainment was brilliant. Food was unbelievably good. Would very much like to go here again! Would and Have recommended to friends. Rooms are very comfortable. Me and my family had a very nice stay.

Hotel El Paso was an excellent hotel, very comfortable rooms, good food at the restaurants, the pool is fantastic. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Overall it was brilliant and we would go back if we could afford it!

When we were last there 3 years ago at the El Passo Hotel! The hotel was lovely but the reception staff. It will not stop me going back to this complex, it is wonderful for the children!

Overall my stay was great. One little point to make is the lifts, they get pretty congested at times because of the sheer number of people wanting to use them. This is because the staircase at the side of the hotel is used as an exit one. and you can't access it from the outside, unless someone lea ...

Had great time in hotel El Paso and parks. Beach club was great. Food good. Kids enjoyed so much that they want me to book again. Been to Orlando; with just 2 hour flight I enjoyed this just as much.

Food was 95% of the same, not what you would expect to have when to pay to go half board in a 4*hotel. The bar staff were not friendly enough. I was not served for 15-25 minutes (not a one off).
Dinner food was cold sometimes.

This was an A* holiday. Absolutely everything was good, hotel clean, bed linen changed daily, amazing choice of hot and cold food, delightful happy staff, very helpful First Choice team who organised two trips (Barcelona footie stadium and coastal tour by boat).

Hotel was informative, clean, fabulous location, wonderful facilities. I would recommend anyone wanting to maximise their holiday with visits to Theme Park and the wonderful Caribe Water Park to stay at El Paso. Our flight was at 5am, which meant we had to leave our house at 2am in order to get to the Airport in plenty of time.

When we arrived at Salou airport I noticed on the reps clip board that the party number was listed at 3 and not 4 i.e. My 1 year old was not included on the booking numbers? Didn' ...
