Good machine. Some parts are weak, we had 2 handles break on us. Suction drops after a while as hairs get caught in the beater. If you cut hairs out every few weeks then full power is restored. We would buy a new one. This machine really cleans and gets rid of smells! Had ours for almost 3 years now ...

havnt had the Miele Cat & Dog Canister Vacuum 326i for long so cant really say how long its gonna last, but so far so good, i used to have a henry, and it always used to have a funny smell to it, expecially since we have a dog, but with the miele no smells at all, everyone comments on our house sayi ...

When we bought the Miele Cat & Dog Canister, it was amazing the amount it picked up but only after two months it started to loose suction, within three months it got noisier then six months down the line DEAD
