This miele ART S928 came very highly recommended. Because this was a Meile I thought this would be a very good vacuum cleaner, how wrong I was, this is the worst machine I have ever owned. I will get Miele S5 (I'm in Europe) and keep this ART S928 for aesthetic purposes and rooms upstairs (as I have some supply of bags for it).

The Miele ART S928 does not attain the high level expected of Miele, i guess that is what happens, are they trading on past glories? This was three times the price of the Samsung that has replaced it and guess what the Samsung vacuum is 10x better. Miele no

I wish I had never been taken in by the attraction of the Miele ART S928 vacuum cleaner being light and Miele's reputation. It is a heap of junk.
