Very quick for engine size, plenty of room in hatch for dogs wine etc. Regularly went to France and back with 30x6 bottle cases with rear seats down, cruises all day on Autobahn at 100-110 mph and ours is automatic. The Renault Megane 1.6 RT Sport is quite a good all round performer with a nice well designed interior, the engine is willing and the brakes are very powerful, my only critisism is a choppy ride.
