    I bought a Hotpoint Aquariaus Ultima WD31 washing machine 4 years ago, and the drum went, so instead of getting an engineer to repair it, I decided I should really purchase a new one.     We have had our Hotpoint Aquarius Ultima WD31 for less than 5 years, the drum has now failed for the second time. Rather than fix this we will are looking for a more reliable unit. We recommend you stay well clear of this system.

    Hotpoint Aquarius, me and my brother bought these dreadful machines, not even two years ago, he has had two new drums and a complete new machine, i have had a new drum now that is knackered, the repairer said its because Hotpoint bought a batch of cheap drums all of which were second-rate...I`ll nev ...

    Everyone I know who has had one of these says they are the most reliable and I have to agree. Ours is now 4 years ols and still going strong.

    Dont bother with extra insurance cover as you wont need it !
