In order to have my hernia repaired in a 'clean' hospital I, privately, spent a small fortune have it repaired by laporoscope. All was fine until a few days later I noticed that the swelling in certain parts was not lessening so called BUPA for advice. The upshot was that they referred me to my cons ...

We had been with Bupa health insurance for 30years, since we were first married in fact. During that time we have paid a considerable amount of money to Bupa with me having to see a consultant twice in thirty years - my husband not at all !!! We decided to change the policy to a Local Hospital Polic ...

BUPA have excellent customer service and always pay without any hassle. I have full cover but its worth every penny.
Personally I've not had experience with other healthcare providers but the care I have had from BUPA I'd never want to.

We pay over £170 a month for Bupa healthcare, and whenever I try to make a claim (once because I fell and broke my nose and needed it re-broken, and once because my IUD went missing internally and I needed surgery to remove it), they told me I'm not covered. Apparently my broken nose wasn't ne ...

We chose BUPA international as our health insurance in Switzerland. In this country health insurance is mandatory and most people have to go with a Swiss company. However, as we are expats we could subscribe with BUPA.

Throughout the period where we have been insured, almost every single call to ...

Having paid over £8,000 in premiums over the past 10 years with BUPA Health Insurance I was disgusted with the service I received on the two occasions I claimed. It was a real struggle to get them to agree to pay out for my treatment, and one one occasion I was left to pay the specialist mysel ...

I have had need to use my Bupa Health Insurance on a number of occassions over the last year and my contact with the call centre to authorise treatment has been fantastic. Staff have always been friendly and reassuring and I have been impressed with the payment of my bills, which has been a smooth p ...
