    People take out health insurance so that when things go wrong, they get a seamless, high quality, professional service.     This company agreed to pay for treatment then, because my surgeon was ill and my operation had to be delayed, refused to pay because of the delay. Clearly not to be trusted. This is in now the hands of the ombudsman.

    Very poor at listening or dealing with your individual case. Only able to talk to the call centre advisor, they will not put you through to a decision maker. Very good at using your details to send you junk mail for every other product they sell.
