Not much more to add really - as a mobile and an early model at that, not too bad really. Obviously by modern standards its big, heavy and not particularly pretty, but then its not over complicated and the buttons are easy to use. It would be nice if it held its battery charge for longer.

This was the first phone I had, and I was over the moon with it. But after a month things started to go wrong, the aerial kept breaking and falling out randomly, and the final straw was when it had to be sent back twice, and the second time they wanted to charge me, it wasnt worth it...

This is horrible mobile phone. How can something like that be sold? Too big antenna (you can go fishing with it), plastic keypad can't be worse (that CLEAR button is joke), battery goes crazy (you never know what's going to happen next) and software is a nightmare (you need a half an hour to write a ...

I had to have my Ericsson A2618 mobile phone replaced under warranty, because the battery kept running flat, and the screen would say it was charging when it wasn't even plugged into the charger. Now the REPLACEMENT phone has just died, after less than 4 months - same thing, battery runs flat fast, ...

This Ericsson A2618 is a very good phone, exept a minor problem that the screen light did not work on my phone but I took it back and they gave me a new one. Otherwise I am happy with the phone so far. Good strong keys and not one button operations. The big aerial contributes to better reception.

The problem with my Ericsson A2618 phone STARTED when I plugged it in to charge it. Keyboard started becoming erratic. The phone would lock up on a few keys. Now none of the keys work except the ON/OFF. Still get sms messages but can't read it or send a reply as the keyboard doesn't work. Think some ...
