I tried for 2 weeks but on both occasions the problems were the same. I have gone back to Sainsburys because if they send short shelf life items they give you the opportunity to refuse them before everything is unloaded. I would add that the choice of shopping is quite limited, far less than on Sain ...

Waitrose is not a supermarket its a food shopping experience of the highest standard. Excellent customer service......impeccable standards of both quality of food and cleanliness of the stores. Productivity also extremely high.

I have not yet bought from Waitrose/Ocado, but please read 'kentthoughts' review under Ocado.
It seems that Waitrose and Ocado are connected and after 'kentthoughts' comments I am going to give them a whirl.
