I have had the worst experience in my life with Habitat Nottingham.

I've recently been looking online for furniture and came accross habitat online. While it looks atractive and informative, I found it impossible to buy from.

I am very disappointed with the Utah sofa, pillows are falling apart and feathers are everywhere, only six months old. Have tried to contact Habitat on more than one occasion but have received no feedback yet.

Agreed this is a wholly dissatisfying experience. In my opinion it is virtually no use really as you need to go to the shop to get the product but without being able to find out if the product is in stock. I feel it is effectively like walking past a closed Habitat shop and looking in the window.

Habitat has nice overall merchandise at reasonable prices but it's a terrible website, fussy and basically unreadable. Please improve!
