i was foolish enough to buy a washing machine, 19 weeks of use 8 faults show up,and a 2 week wait for repair, i will never buy from them again, and their call center staff are so rude, i also reported them to the OFT.

Lousy customer service. I asked for refund and Comet called the police. Never have I experienced such nasty staff. I will speaking the OFT. Their Policy seems to be if you open the box and find the product unsuitable,no refund. I returned the item in 24 hours.
