Overall, happy so far with NatWest, but still a bit disappointed at their slow application process. Took six weeks to open up account. I had to call them on most occasions to find out what the status of the application was.

Changed bank to Alliance & Leicester get double the interest than Natwest. When informed Natwest I was closing account they asked why to which I informed them better interest rate they said well we can do that !!!

No offer is good enough to make it worth banking with these. Took four weeks before I had had enough- still no cards, paying in book or cheque book, company name was mis-spelt and staff were very rude

Natwest Business Bank Account's online system is too complicated with silly card reader machine.
Customer relations an absolute joke. No one will accept responsibility for their negligence and ridiculous policies.
Please do not use NatWest go somewhere else. Even HSBC are better. ...
