    I visited the Fulham GroWell shop recently.
    I was appalled with the service i received.
    I was waiting around looking at all the employees waiting to be served, when i was asked if I needed any help I was confronted with a rude individual that was short with me and unhelpful.

    I have to say that my experience of Growell was totally ruined from a trip to the Fulham shop.
    Some staff are extremely unhelpful. Shop layout is very poor, stuff is badly stored and bits and pieces of kit are all over the place. Very sloppy state of affairs, does not make you want to buy anything ...

    Service usually quite good, delivery sometimes slow for the money.

    I would not use this company again.

    I ordered some nutrients that I needed urgently and they sent me the wrong nutrients (packing error). I told them and they were kind enough to send the wrong nutrients AGAIN (logic error)! Af ...

    I received a very good service all round from GroWell Hydrophonics. Real care is put into advertising products and reaching out to customers (that's me and you). Honest advice, directed at helping you, rather than selling a product you don't want or need.

    Good potential; good product range; if the website was as good as their carbon based catalog (that they send you after you've purchased your product), then it would be 10/10, but it's still quite good as-is.     The service offered by GroWell Hydroponics retailer is second to none, with a wide range of in depth growing advice available on their site. Also, if there are any questions that you have, e-mail responses with advice are prompt, concise and most importantly, free.
