Paul Mckenna has really helped me change the way I eat with Easy Wight Loss so I lose weight eating the food I enjoy. I have never tasted food this way before and am loving eating less. Lots of common sense. I never want to go back to devouring a meal and still feeling hungry. Constant snacking and ...

Paul Mckenna, Easy Weight Loss does seem to be too easy. The hardest part for me is not weighing for 2 weeks. The book does explain how to conquer and control your eating, and so far it seems to be working.

Very sceptical when I bought the CD from Ebay but was fed up of starving myself with little to show for it. Really easy to use, extremely relaxing and it seems to be doing the job. Would recommed to anyone, cost around £12 so is cheaper than paying for slimming club for 3 weeks and more effect ...

Paul Mckenna, Easy Weight Loss is one of the most simple and no-nonsense books I have read in relation to dieting. Everything just makes sense in the book. I spent years following different diets etc but it didn't work. Also, because I can eat whatever I want, I do not feel tense around food because ...

Since I bought the Paul Mckenna, Easy Weight Loss cd a month ago, I have lost almost 71bs and feel fantastic about myself.
I was initially a little doubtful about whether it would work, since trying every slimming club diet on the earth - without any long term solution. This not only made me feel g ...
