Customer service is usually good at Debenhams.
I prefer the 12 hour extravaganza when you get a higher percentage off if they have the size that you want.
They have good number of stores - Canterbury and Westwood Cross are both good - Folkestone not so good.

Debenhams online sales are synonymous with ordering problems, no stock and no aftersales service. If the price looks too good to be true (or less) then don't expect to receive your product or any after-sales care - your debit card will be refunded around 4 weeks after ordering, without the decency ...
