    Ordered 2 DVDs, one went missing. E-mailed a number of times and only got a reply after 2 weeks which was a copy and paste of their FAQs page, its been nearly 2 weeks again and I still have no reply to my last e-mail. Only choice is to get the credit card company involved to claim my money back...th ...

    The Virgin Megastore is the best online DVD, Video and games store I've ever ordered from. They also have the best price online with free delivery on orders over £15. You're quids in.
