    These guys cannot be trusted. They change the rules on you without warning, and without even the courtesy of informing you.

    Reading other reviews regarding other internet bank accounts, I am sticking with these people. I have had the account for several years, and I have had no problems.

    Northern Rock Tracker Internet Banking are happy to deal with you on the phone. I get an excellent response from emails and a good interest rate. The website is slow, but you can always use it late at night, then it seems a little quicker.

    The Northern Rock tracker account is a very good account for interest etc., but actually accessing the online account is a pain. Especially if you are an Apple Mac user, as it is impossible when using old an operating system and you have to find a PC. I am not sure about using OSX as I have no acces ...

    I have logged on to Northern Rock twice today without being able to penetrate: at one point one is asked to insert `preferred' date and `preferred time' - unfortunatly the blocks haave remained blank

    I have never come across such a slow site as Northern Rock, having operated an account for several months in 2002 - each page took ages to get to and some actions had to be double clicked several times.

    If you have broadband then it is probably OK to use - if not, be prepared for a lot of frustr ...
