    Placed an order, and came on time, despite the postal strike. Fast, effective, and on of the cheapest around for what I wanted. Website was simple and very easy to navigate too. I'd recommend it to anyone.

    I placed my order on line and after 2-3 weeks it did not arrive. I tried to ring customer services, they do not answer their phones so I sent an e mail, no reply, sent another e mail, when I eventually got a reply they said my order had been lost in the system and therefore had been cancelled and I ...

    whsmiths entertainment, took my card details and stored them for something they did not have in stock... only after completing the forms did i know this, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and allow 3 days... 3 days passed and also 3 unanswered emails has left me feeling very negative to ...

    Brought magazine subscription from WH Smith but on delivery found the subscription was for only 6 months. Not stated anywhere on website and customer services were not interested, only offered return and website correction. Poor service left me feeling I had been sold the wrong product.

    WH Smith has a higgledy piggeldy selection of goods, compounded by sales staff with a very poor attitude.

    I think they should put more items people will be interested in like books and diarys because people want to order these and I also think they need to design their webpage a lot better. I thought it was completley plain.

    No good points, again didn't get what i ordered! Worst book store i have ever dealt with. Went in store to get a refund, the book counter was un manned even though plenty of staff who were not very helpful when i found them.
