Ordered camera which showed as in stock, when tracked order it showed as back order. Called customer service and was told it would be shipped that day, it wasn't. Checked online again and order still showed as on back order, called customer service and was told they would call back - they didn't. ...

I sent my camera in to Jessops for a repair, I received it back with a new problem and handed it back in and 3 months later I've now been told they have lost my camera!
