I have recently ordered a great deal of clothes from ASOS and have a few issues with the poor service I have received from the Home Delivery Network and the ASOS "customer care" team.

never had a problem with ASOS and I've used them many times, if I had to pick on something then sometimes the delivery times are really quick with standard delivery and sometimes it can take a lot longer so be carefull if you are ordering something by standard delivery that you might want to wear at ...

Have been using A.S.O.S for years as I am quite petite and the range is broad as well as designers and quirky boutique,
never had a problem, lots of things I have sent back but not due to lack of quality.

I'm still waiting for my delivery, asos' team responded that it might take 8 more business days after scheduled date! However they will charge your account right away, no delays. I will never ever shop there again, wish I've read customer reviews before I ordered :(.
