Bought this 13 years ago. The dealer was insistent and talked me down from a cheaper but higher speed pellet gun (bless his heart). I remember he said that I would end up shooting this gun more than any other gun I owned and, man, was he right. It costs a little more than the average gun but it is w ...

The Beeman R7 (HW 30S) is a beautifully crafted air rifle. It is essentially an old-fashioned break-barrel 10m target rifle. Once one gets used to a quality two-stage trigger, it is difficult to settle for less.

    R7 Review

After waiting for over 2 months to receive my R7 .20 cal I finally got. Overall the quality of the gun is impressive, it felt solid, the woodwork was finished well and the metal work flawless. I quickly set up some targets (tin cans) and got started reading instructions.

    Set up shoo ...

I sold my RWS 350 and bought a Beeman R-7. While I gave up significant ft.lbs. of energy, I gained a rifle that I can shoot all day long. I have a static target at 35 yards and I am hitting 1/2 inch bulls eyes regularly. My groups are tight and the R7 is just fun to shoot. Not hold sensitive and ...

The Beeman R-7 overall is a great gun. It is important to remember what it is and where it fits in to the Beeman line or air rifles in general. It is meant to be a light, accurate plinker. It is NOT a childs gun, specifically its length of pull (i.e. the measurement from the butt pad to the trigger) ...

I just purchased my first adult class air rifle: the German made Beeman R7. I wanted to get a good break barrel air rifle so I did extensive research on the internet in preparation for my purchase. Since I was not really concerned with the price, I decided to get the one that seems to be universally ...

The Beeman R-7 is a fabulously accurate gun. I shoot dime size groups at 25 yards. I enjoy taking the Air Rifle to my indoor range and wiping the smirks off the jarheads with their M-16's and magnums.

I own a 23 year old HW-30S fitted with an aperture sight and a new R-7 tuned by Paul Watts wit ...

I bought my Beeman R-7 .177 Air Rifle after purchasing and promptly returning two other "magnum" air rifles in the $200 range. The R-7, although not classed as a magnum, was about 50 bucks more but worth it all and then some. It's beautifully made and I can't believe how accurate this gun is. Si ...

Just got my Beeman R-7 about a week ago in .177 caliber. Took it out of the box and for the price was very impressed with the quality as far as feel, looks, stock, weight, etc. I ordered this for my wife as she is 5' tall and about 95 lbs. I have a Weihrauch HW 97 K and is to heavy and hard for h ...
