Ordered a digital picture frame on 12th September. Credit card debited on the 12th (T&C state should not be debited until dispatched!). Online status showed dispatched on 16th September, 4 days later (should be within 24 hours for in stock items!). Not recieved by 24th September, returned missing ...

I recommend going to Amazon if you want accurate feedback for example, Spore, Crysis Warhead, Red Alert 3.

I placed an order and waited for more than a week for the payment to be processed. Nothing happened. I tried to call the helpline on a few occasions but go no response. It's a pity as I won't use them again.

I have used Play for 6 years and have only had one CD that didn't arrive. I called them up and they replaced it within 48 hours.
