Shocking Customer Service. To many things to mention. I've been with EGG credit card since they stated. Abuse them for the 0% rate and then get rid. I have given them 1 star out of 5 as they would not let me out none!

I have been customer with egg for 2 year, and when I found our that I had fraud on my card I reported immediately, however egg has never came back to me.

Customer service is terrible.
Also, the only one way to communicate to egg is by the phone and the call will cost you a lot

I have had a Egg Credit Card with egg for nearly 4 years and never missed a payment even when I was off ill. I recently tried to initiate my payment protection. Nightmare have been trying to sort this out for 9 months now they will take money for this but don't want to pay when it's needed.
