    Virgin were really efficient when signing me up and charging me transfer fees...but then when I asked for their help to resolve an error which was costing me considerably they quickly became very unhelpful.
    They have proved themselves to be no better than other credit companies...quick to make money ...

    I was paying amounts off my virgin credit card every 2 to 3 weeks. They still tried to hit me with a default payment. I got the refund and told it would not happen again.
