    My thoughts are: what a load of rubbish!! I only want to check my balances, and I just can't get into my accounts . Why oh why have you changed the format, it was so easy before. Now I have to stand in a queue for hours in our small branch. Come on lets go back to the good old days! If it a'nt broke ...

    takes so long to sign on ,if you can.
    I WOULD,NT recommend to friends as most of the time you cant get on due to there technical faults.

    security seemsto be paramount with logging on .Any mistakes or errors are critical to accessing your accoount. Once on board the proceedure is easy to negotiate.

    unable to acess e-savings accounts, used all my passwords, will not accept any, have already asked for new passwords previously - zero response - very disatisfied customer - minus zero on all accounts

    Fogotton user name nowhere to let you know this I thought it was my e-mail address.Have been sent a key pad but no instructions on how to use it I also do online Banking with HSBC so much easier, how do I find out my user name.
