I have used mine for 3 years never gave me a moments problem. I use it to scan Photos, DVD covers & Docs. Easy to set up, just install toolbox, XP Office takes care of OCR, Photoshop takes care of everything else, well recommended.

The Canon CanoScan N650U flatbed scanner is a simple, easy to use scanner but not very reliable.
