I remember my mate having one of these when they had not long come out and I always wanted one but wasn't aloud a mobile at the time because I was too young.
When I was eventually aloud a mobile the SAVVY was no longer available so I bought the cheapest phone in the Orange shop at the time which wa ...

Well, I rescued this Philips Savvy phone from one of those old phone boxes, in immaculate condition, with 2 different chargers and an instruction manual and a sim card! For a free phone this is very impressive, even now, but if I had paid any money for it, I would be sorely disappointed. The only g ...

I bought my Philips Savvy mobile phone about five years ago as a pay-as-you-go phone. It worked exactly as advertised and had only one failure. The failure was because I dropped it into the sea while "rescuing" some girls who had been cut off by the tide at our local beach. Corrosion caused the bat ...

You can't smash it up, it is invincible it's impossible to break and believe me I wanted and upgrade but my Mum said I can't until it packs up and I don't know when that will be probably in the next twenty years.

I hate the Philips Savvy, it is too old and therefore it is not up-to-date with the newer phones and technology. It has a small screen but it still is a good screen. I would not recommend to buy one but if you already own one then keep it.

This Philips Savvy is a good starter mobile phone, it was my first phone, BUT with only two lines of txt, and no prodictive TXT, and hard to uderstand menus...that you get used to...this was once my grandparents phone and it was NOT suited for them...too hard to use...they chose a Nokia 3310 instead ...

I recently bought a Sendo M550 because my Philips Savvy was like the mobile phone in the advert that hides under a brown paper bag. The M550 is small with colour screen, games and lots of gizmos. Great for posing but not a patch on the Savvy for just making calls. The Savvy will pick up the netwo ...

I bought this Philips Savvy mobile phone in summer 2000 as my first phone! It is a great starter phone and gives you a great introduction to mobile phoning! If I had to go back and buy my first phone again it would definitely be this one! Although lacking in games and other features, such as Bluetoo ...

I purchased Philips Savvy 3 years ago. It is the best I ever had. It is durable and is very easy to operate. Has user friendly menu which is not at all complicated like other mobile sets.

I paid £20 for my Philips Savvy Mobile Phone three years ago and it's yet to let me down. It's simplicity and durability are it's biggest benefits. I've lost count of how many times I've droped it now and there is barely a scratch on it. I bought my mum a sagem last christmas and neither her o ...
