I loved Roald Dahl's The Twits as a kid. I think Dahl's humor should be brought to the attention of every child when they are trying to figure out for themselves what they find amusing.

The story is very cleverly executed. The house had no windows, therefore the Twits, the two revolting main charactors couldn't see what was happening outside & under their very (ugly) noses. There are some complicated words used within the book, but this did not distract from the essence of the stor ...

The Twits were a horrible disgusting couple. They lived in a house with no windows so no one could look in and see them. In their garden they grew nettles and thistles to keep out the 'horrid little children' and there was also a dead tree and some monkeys they kept in a cage.

I loved The Twits because it makes you feel like a child again. It has a good plot and Roald Dahl always makes for a brilliant read. I couldn't put it down!
