The Gamo PR45 has been my first air pistol and i love it. It is so accurate. I can now hit a 3 cm target at 100ft. At first i thought it was luck but after i hit the same target 3 times in a row i knew it was the gun's accuracy. I would recommend this gun to any first time buyers because it is accur ...

I bought my Gamo PR45 in 1992. It works as well now if not better. Cheap when I bought it (£40). Would cost about £100 now. All I can say is it's the tops. Very very accurate. So accurate it would surprise most air gunners who consider pistols to be second class citizens. This gun w ...

I'm in two minds about how I'm going to review the Gamo PR45. I have seen it advertised as a target pistol, which is the reason I bought it. It is not a target pistol, if you are serious about target shooting save up and get something else.
However, this air pistol certainly warrants some merit a ...

The Gamo PR45 is my first air pistol and it is very accurate.
At 10m I hit the bulls eye every time.
I never had a pop open since I bought it.
Powerful enough to make a kill on pests up to 20 meters.

Many years ago I had a BSA Meteor for shooting mothballs (great targets). Being old and bored, myself and and a neighbour needed a back garden hobby. In brief, bought the Gamo between us and at 5m range with open sights can easily shoot a 2cm target 9 times out of 10. Highly recomend, but slight lac ...

I bought this gamo pr45 last week as I have always wanted a good air pistol and as I approached 30 years old, my second childhood kicked in!
I set out to buy a webley tempest .22 when the man in the shop told me he had none left but so he recommended the gamo pr45 as a starter pistol in .177, I was ...

The Gamo PR45 is a single stroke pre-compressed pistol. It is a good weight, not too light and flimsy nor too heavy to hold for sighting at arm's lentgh. It is extremely accurate with no recoil and also pretty quiet.
Although not measured, the quoted power is close to the legal maximum of 6 Ft-lbs ...
