Without question the rudest most obnoxious ground staff some of whome employed by Menzies aviation. Will never fly with again, worst airline. Much better is Thomson.

Considering easyjet are normally around about the same price as RyanAir after all the mucking around I feel easyjet has a 'proper airline' feel to it rather than an 'air coach' like ryanair, the planes are nice and don't smell and the flight staff seemed very pleasant and attentive. I know easy Jet receives bad press, but recently i had to e mial them in relation to evidence that i did not fly, for my insurance company, i thought this would go into a black hole but i received a response on line with in 2 days plus a hard copy in the post a few days later

Crew were helpfull and friendly.
