I know easy Jet receives bad press, but recently i had to e mial them in relation to evidence that i did not fly, for my insurance company, i thought this would go into a black hole but i received a response on line with in 2 days plus a hard copy in the post a few days later

Crew were helpfull and friendly. Captain kept us updated and at ease throughout the flight, Flight was early on outward and inward journeys.Speedy boarding was well worth the extra cost, we didn't have to queue and could choose our seats.Altogether a stress free journey, I would recommend them to ev ...

it is a rubbish airline company we paid for our luggage and we got to the airport and they said we had not paid it was on the information but they said no it has not been paid for but i had no problems with the plane the crew where fine

10 hours late. staff rude and swearing, lack of communication. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH EASY JET AGAIN. Never had such bad customer service. I woudl not even fly with them if free......
