what the heck are they doing it now? seems that to make a transfer into a employees account it takes 4 working days if they are with a differnt bank ??????? what are they doing making it worse !!!!

really annoyed I had to give a star rating and couldn't give a big fat zero. Lloydstsb must have one of the worst Internet banking facilities in the UK. The online banking is very good and cant complain about that with the exception of money transfers.
Just think of all them billions sitting in thier account while its out of yours and not in the recipitants. We are talking telephone numbers.
And what is a £5 maintenance charge' for online bank ...

I've been with Lloyds TSB Internet Banking for over 9 years. It's been easy to use, like all banks they sometimes have problems understanding a query, but if you take the time to explain they have always come up trumps for me.

I have used Lloyds internet banking for years, and until recently it has been reliable. The last few times have been a disappointment. I'm tempted to move my account -last time I had problems with a security function, today I can't see any previous statements - what will happen next time I log in?
