We've had Sky for years, upgraded to Sky+ HD in May and there the problems start. We live in a block of flats and each flat is only fitted with one satellite feed. I ordered sky plus for my dauther and the sky engineer and he lyed through his teeth because he said he came to the house and he never turned up because we where at the house all day annd said it has been cancled because it was meant to come today

my sky box completly froze i called an engineer who came out within a week and replaced the box. however when the box was turned on i did not have all the channels i pay for, so after 3 months of calling every day to get it sorted my only option was to cancel my sky subsciption. very dissapointed th ...

Signed up through the sky website and then the nightmare began! Received none of the introductory offers (already informed trading standards) was pass through to a 3rd party supplier. The Sky+ equipment isn't all that great, it will stop recording half way though a programme if you dont time it.

What a load of rubbish Sky+ is. As with anything, fine as long as you don't experience problems but as soon as you need to speak to them ... which you will, they decide to hibernate. After reading the negative comments about sky+ I felt I had to add my own comments. I have had sky+ for nearly 6 years now, NEVER had a problem with it or had to have a service call for any fault with the system. Only issue is thats its a PVR2(pace) so only 40gb hdd but after a good think Ive decide ...
