Its a good gun i use it for rats and have no problem when you use bisley pest control pellets they give a good one shot kill. When the Crosman 2260 Rabbitstopper is cold its hard to put the pellet especialy when the scope is mounted over the bolt but its light, simple and anyone can use it

Overall the best rifle i have owned. Very light rifle that is accurate and with the new carbon silencer very quiet. I have owned many other sometimes vastly more expensive rifles that have not felt as good as this. It should have had a scope rail instead of barrel mounts but not a huge problem.

After 25 rifles Chinese American and European, springers and C02's I decided to try the 2260 as an economical project. I wanted to see how good a gun could be had for as little money as possible. Especially since spending close to $175 at Crosmans Custom Shop earlier! Now you should know I don't hav ...

I think that this is not a very good gun i would chose xs 79 over the Crosman - Rabbitstopper. It is rubbish and far distances and it uses a lot of gas and it is expensive

I bought this gun new from bates of stafford two years ago as a present for my son, what a mistake. It is the most inaccurate gun I have had the displeasure to own, and that is with tele;s on. Power is so varied that you can get flyer out of every 5 shots, when you have changed the bulb to a new one ...

The Crosman 2260 is easy to load even when cold. In my experience the co2 is hard to get out as you have to shake the gun and you cant unscrew it very well when it is cold. As a plinking gun it is brilliant. As a target gun it is OK and as a hunting gun it is not very good in my opinion.
