shocking bank!, have banked with them for 4 years, went £200 overdrawn initially, am now 4500 overdrawn 3500 is in charges am getting charged more than i can put in, am totaly trapped by the b******s and now i cant set up another account anywhere else because they have ruined my credit rating, ...

Assured when I started with Barclays that all Business Accounts were handled in UK with no Indian call centres used. Immediately I discovered all IT was handled in India. Later I dicovered that ALL business goes through India. Getting hold of your business manager means hanging on at the Indian call ...

My business has a full order book and is now making money after a difficult last few months but Barclays will not help us out with a small loan for 6 weeks. Avoid this bank like the plague, they have no intentions of helping anyone but themselves. I am now looking at moving banks.

Barclays is a dreadful bank to bank with for buinesses. Everything goes via India its not personal you don't even have Branch Manager to help you in the branch your just a number not a person. Have been with them 45 years and now leaving them.

I have banked with Barclays for over 25 years, have banking share accounts and Business accounts with them. I am moving all of them on Monday morning. They have been completely hopeless from start to finish. Staff say they will do things and simply don't respond to calls.

Barclays Business Bank Accounts are Quite happy to take your money, they keep taking money out for services and refuse to send invoices to cover the amounts taken from the account.
They have never been help with anything, avice or assistance with loans
