I can only rate this phone as a 5, as it's the only phone I have had.Works a treat. Getting real beaten up look about it the alloy casing is worn & added personality. I've got no need to upgrade at all at the nokia 8850 continues to do the job very simply. I need another battery now (3rd one since n ...

I bought this phone a few weeks ago refurbished from eBay for £20, as a result of being fed up carrying around huge PDA phones for the past few years. Given the fact that it's 9 years old, you have to allow for lack of camera, colour screen, etc but this is the best phone around for someone w ...

The Nokia 8850 is the classiest mobile phone i've ever used. I simply love the slide which protects the keypad and ends the call. This phone comes with very basic features just like the 8210 though the price is way up there! The phone produces acceptable call quality though i experienced quite a numbe ...

I used this Nokia 8850 mobile phone for about 2 years. I initially bought it for the stylish design, appealing to all. But as some say, the functions on this phone are standard. Nothing special. This phone is for appearance.

However i have no complaints about it. It looks good and does what u nee ...

Before I started to use the 8850, I thought it looked pretty smooth with its modern aluminium cover, but as usage started, I relised that looks aren't everything. The Nokia website promises 'calls when you speak' but even if you shout when you are setting the voicetags, it comes out almost silent. T ...

Very handy phone but it does have some flaws as well, screen gets garbled and a common problem with most 8850's is that the person at the other end is unable to hear you, mic problem???

I've had this phone one and a half years now. I bought a new 6610 last week, but will continue to use the 8850 as a 2nd phone. Basically it looks amazing, I can't state this enough. Look after it and it'll look amazing for years to come - the brushed aluminium design will never grow old. Mine has 2 ...
