Stay as far away from them as possible horrible service horrible bank. Having been refused access to my account as i "looked too young" to have a business account, I was accused of impersonating myself Cheers LLoyds

My business manager never ever calls back, until I have rung again and again. They refuse to discuss loans or overdrafts with me as they say I don't earn enough (37k).
£30 a month charge, for what exactly?
Call centres.
Not live banking so never really know what is going on in my account.

Poor materials given at the initial interview by Lloyds TSB - had been used before. No debit or credit card given. Seem reluctant about proving the customer identity, even though well known to the branch staff.

I have a small consulting company (about 200K/year) and actually very little demands at my business account.
The only think I request from any bank account is that they provide a decent online banking facility.
What TBS dares to call "online banking" is utterly ridiculous. Just a few points:
