    I recieved the XPS 730 as a replacement computer from Dell for a defective XPS 430. I thought what a deal! Wrong.     I purchased a Studio 1555 laptop at the end of June and ever since it was delivered in July I have had never-ending problems that have remained unresolved.

    I am a Dell fan. We currently have three Dell machines in our home, plus family has others, all delivered as specified, on time and performance has been great. Only problem with one my daughter has was a faulty hard drive which was replaced quickly and has not developed any further problems.

    I have owned three PCs bought from Dell, including the Inspiron laptop I'm using to write this review. In fact, my very first online purchase was my second Dell PC ten years ago and it turned up in good time and in good shape. I've had nothing but good service from them.

    Customer services is appalling and when I finally managed to speak to him was rude and condescending and they have the cheek to charge me to return this laptop. Such a huge company shold be ashamed of itself.
