I won't go near littlewoods.com again! Customer service very poor. I tried to cancel an item but was told I hadn't ordered anything. You have to ring to cancel, and I found the person on the phone was rude as well. And they take your payment before they have even sent the item. Really poor.

This refers to the main Littlewoods Catalogue and Littlewoods.co.uk. I have no experience of the High Street Store. Littlewoods I think is a very dated store that caters for the middle age plus, however they do sell fashionable leather coats at a very affordable price.
