Had never bought from this site before and had been wary of buying these online as I have had a bad experience with fake websites before. However rang up and spoke to a very lovely girl who really new her stuff, and she gave very useful sizing advice !! I ordered at 1pm on the tuesday and they were with me by friday, free delivery which was brill. Will certainly use them again, they are certainly reliable enough for xmas pressies next year.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on November 14th to Finland. I only received one pair, it came within a week. First the seller said that the other pair is coming just behind but when I tried to ask again (three times!) they didn't answer anymore. I wouldn't recommend this seller to anyone, there are many stores that are more reliable.

I ordered a pair of boots, and had a problem with them about 7 months later - shoe envy's customer service is exemplary - fantastic - they dealt with my problem in an efficient, friendly manner, and I am once again a happy customer. Have no concerns ordering from shoe envy again in the future and recommend to ALL!

Really good customer service - i had to send back my first pair of emus as i didn't follow the shoe envy sizing advice! They processed my exchange the same day they got the first pair back, and called me to let me know it was on the way. I think that's excellent communication compared to a lot of websites i've shopped on in the past. I will be back for more.

I love www.shoe-envy.co.uk they have THE best range of shoes and boots and are all so lovely. I stumbled on them when i was buying a pair of Fly Candle boots in purple and ever since then I'm an addict. I've bought another pair of Rocket Dog Snippy shoes and Rocket Dog Ringer boots in Tribal Brown. They so much cheaper than high street stores and because they have their own shops they can give amazing advive. 10/10 for a great online shoe shop!!

I was worried about spending so much money on a pair of boots on an online site, but this one looked trustworthy and I rang the number just to check, I was put through to a lovely girl who really reassured me that the boots were fantastic quality and that they would get to me at less than a week, when they arrived I loved them straight away and was so glad I went for them !

I came across this website the other day, whilst searching for a decent pair of sandals. They are a UK-based e-tailer, specialising in women's designer footwear. They sell shoes, boots, sandals, pumps from brands such as Steve Madden, Hush Puppiers, Bronx, Fly London etc...

Bought myself a pair of Steve Madden sandals from them and the customer service was really good; the girls as really helpful, friendly and know what they're talking about. My sandals were delivered the next day, perfectly packaged.
