    I've been on them all before...I've tried Lighterlife and Cambridge but although I lost lots of weight ( nearly 5 stone in 3 months on lighterlife )it all went back on. The problem with complete abstinence is that as soon as you start eating again, your body starts storing the fat etc incase theres ...

    All About W8 is a relative newcomer to the market (when compared with some of the other brands).
    It is a Very Low Calorie Diet with a difference - you can have food (from a selected food list). In addition, you can opt to do a "Rapid" plan that requires complete abstinence from food for up to 4 wee ...
