My flights with Air Europa were very pleasant. The captain was very informative of turbulence and other things associated with the flight. The crew were also very good. Both my flight times were exactly on time which is very important to me. So well done and keep up the good work.

I am waiting for 7 days for my luggage now. Have no clothes to wear. Every time I call Air Europa they tell me that the boss is right now talking to the airport my bag was sent to. Horrible! don't fly them!

I'll try to make this brief. Travelled from Madrid to Ibiza on Air Europa. I arrived, my luggage did not. They allowed me to spend 100 Euro, and that was it. They said I could spend more after my luggage was declared lost, and that's after three weeks.

Having lost our baggage, they did not lift a finger to help us, and despite finding it fairly soon, made no effort whatsoever to return it to us. Disgraceful.
