OK they say they are cheap but they are not really. In my experience Ryan Air has the very worst attitude towards customers who have limited choice available. Their customer service is non existent, their website is confusing, the call centre staff ( £1 per minute BTW) are equally in the dark ...

I have flown with Ryanair quite a lot of times. I usually fly from Stansted on them because of the huge amount of flights from there. The customer service was great and so was the on board food and comfort! Every Ryanair flight on the departure screen at Stansted was on time and most Ryanair flights ...

I really good airline which offers great low cost flights and the staff are very friendly and the food is very nice! The flight was quite comfortable and is easy to relax or fall asleep.
