    the ticking from the outside box means the batteries are flat.
    change them, it stops.
    all the batteries will probably need changing every 9 months or so.
    That would be my recommendation to fix any glitches, if that doesn't work, probably go back to B&Q, as the customer service number in the keypad d ...

    This B&Q Wirefree Family Alarm MM80780 alarm system is very good it has one problem u cant get accessories

    or it doesnt say how... my problem is that a Door contact doesnt work anymore.

    B&Q Wirefree Family Alarm MM80780 outside unit clicking during daylight hours. don't know what is wrong. customer service number is a redirect to another company.........which has gone bust!

    The B&Q Wirefree Family Alarm MM80780 is easy to fit, it looks professional, comes with 1 year warrenty. Add up to 50 devices, expandble . Customer helpline. it lights up when i goes off. comes with 2 PIR motion dectectors, 2 door contacts, 2 keyfobs, control panel, siren with strobe.
