John Brannigan, "Translations" by Brian Friel maybe lacks a little historical context/in depth analysis or help with points of further reading if you are really aiming for that top A2 mark.

i was unsatisfied with the ending of the play, as it does not answer any of the questions that it raises and leaves you in the middle of the mess. for example, we are left not knowing what has really happened to Yolland, to Manus and the real significance of the Donnelly Twins to the play. i do ackn ...
