    I flew recently on united, and they lost my baggage. Its 5 days and no response yet, when I call customer service they say they are searching for my bags. No compensation for delayed luggage, when I ask they say they will send it to headquarters that this. Very poor customer service, will never fly ...

    they lost our bags and and to report this you have to go through a call center in New Delhi.boy what a runaround they give you,all my contact numbers and delivery address were in the san francisco bay area ,but somehow they sent our bags to las vegas.it took 5 days for our bags to show up.if you cal ...

    Booked a flight for my son to come home to visit, He is in the service. He then got orders to deploy. United would not honor his letter to confirm his deployment and would not reimburse any of the money back for his ticket. This is how they honor the men in service.     HORRIBLE. Worst airline ever. I used their buddy pass to fly to NC from philadelphia thinking that i would be saving money but i am being charged over DOUBLE what i wouldve paid if i just bought my tickets online through another air line..and still more then what i wouldve paid flying the same route ...

    UNTED AIRLINES IS A RACIST AIRLINES.WHILE OUR JOURNEY BACK FORM LAS VEGAS TO SAN FRANSISCO, ALL THE INDIANS WERE KEPT ON STANDBY LIST.
    AND OTHERS NON INDIANS WERE HANDPICKED AND CHOOSEN ON OTHER FLIGHTS.

    This was my first encounter with this airline, and my experience was favorable. The flight arrived ahead of schedule, and retrieving my baggage was a breeze. I am unable to comment on the quality of food as I did not purchase any of the available items.
