    I recommend not to purchase the Samsung N500 mobile as there is a problem in hearing the voice of caller. Some time I am unable to hear the callers voice but the caller can very well hear me.

    I am having a problem with my Samsung N500 recently. My calls get disconnected in between and people complain that they are unable to reach me. I am really getting frustrated because of this. One of my friends has same phone and he is also facing a same problem.

    Having very low rate, features provided good enough. Light in weight, durable battery, memory good. The strong backlight penetrates in your eyes, no good use of service colour, no outbox or archive in msgs. Hard keypad. Back body cant be changed when used up (would look odd).

    Over all the Samsung N500 mobile phone is good, I have a usage of around 8 hours of talk time every day, its good to use and easy to operate. Signals are strong but phone`s Keypad is not long lasting and fades out. the casing is good and is tough.

    I have had my Samsung N500 mobile phone for quite a bit now and i couldnt be happier with it. its not complicated and just the right phone for me. i recomend to anyone for sure.

    Overall the Samsung N500 is a reasonable mobile phone and although it doesnt have a colour screen or a camera it has many features which are quite good.

    Good points
    1)Good looks
    2)light weight.
    3)user friendly menus.

    Bad points
    1)Ring tone (volume) too low.
    2)Vibrator not as powerful compared to nokia
    3)Battery get hot in short time

    FOR THOSE IN THE UK: Get down to an o2 shop now, I picked my Samsung N500 up today for only £39.99, an absolute bargain. I couldn't be happier with it!!

    The phone is small light, and the ringtones are at a good volume, and it is very easy to chat to someone on it.

    On the whole it is a great feeling to own a Samsung-N500 mobile phone with all its smart features for the price.
