I'm gluten & dairy intolerant & have found the Barbara Cousins, Vegetarian Cooking Without: Recipes Free from Added Gluten, Sugar, Yeast, Dairy Products, Meat, Fish, Saturated Fat receipes that I've tried easy & tastey

I would like to see this book written in a similar style, but as well, for vegan diabetics. Also, using good oils is beneficial as long as they are not heated, and these recipes involve a lot of oil, margarine, and greasing pans which I would like to see not there in future editions.
