computer system for job searches gives out of date classifications especially in it and web related jobs. Many vacancies that exist in my local area, especially employers looking for specific skills and experience are just not available through the job center adverts.

I have also used the Job Centre numerous times over the last few years, each time I have been more than disappointed.
I think on the whole they need to retrain, or in most cases actually train there staff as I am regularly told different things to do which not only causes confusion but also stress, ...

I have used Job Centre Plus quiet a few times in the past. I find the jobcentre always has a lot of jobs, including NHS jobs, available and I have actually found quite a few positions I have applied for in the end on jobcentre plus.
