I really warn anyone thinking of buying this miele s7210 vacuum not to. It is very heavy, cumbersome, unweildy and almost impossible to use without getting severe backpain. After parting with our dyson, still works fine after four years, we wanted something lighter and easier to use. Research via 'Which' and chose the Miele S7210. We all love the swivel head design and the power. Main difference we immediately noticed was the noise, its so quiet. Only fault i can find ...

Very disappointed with the Miele S7210, as expected this product to be really good - unfortunately had to return due to design fault - see bad points.

A quality product - solidly built, and feels it! The first one we got home didn't work at all, but Miele's customer support was highly efficient, and we had a replacement on the doorstep within a week.
